Order processing assistant

Job description

As an order processing employee, you will join a fun team that works together to serve our customers as best as possible. You act as a liaison between customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure orders run smoothly.

As a sales order processing clerk, you will have an important role in the order process where the efficient and effective processing of entering and checking customer orders and the delivery of our products is key. Every day, you will enthusiastically process and answer incoming emails and phone calls and prepare orders for dispatch for our customers.

Who are you?

You are confident, structured, accurate and forward-thinking. Your flexibility, proactive attitude and customer-friendliness are central to customer service. Full of enthusiasm, you will work independently and full time in our progressive organisation. Furthermore, you possess:

• A completed MBO degree in administration/logistics or similar
• Technical affinity, preferably with electrical engineering, lighting or related products.
• Good command of the Dutch language and English is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Exact Globe, is a plus.
