Zandstra Totaalonderhoud, based in Stadskanaal, has been a specialist in property maintenance for over 150 years and offers solutions in areas including renovation, sustainability improvements, painting and glazing. On behalf of Kuperus Elektrotechniek, we have installed a flexible DALI lighting control system for this versatile company.

The lighting is controlled centrally via a touchscreen using our ucontrol platform, which utilises both ucontrol Light for day-to-day operation and D-monitor for monitoring and management. In addition, users can control the lighting manually on-site via control panels and select from pre-set lighting scenes.

Motion sensors provide automatic control based on presence, and a link to the alarm system automatically switches the lighting off when the alarm is activated and back on when it is deactivated. The components were supplied in a pre-assembled cabinet, which ensured efficient installation.
